This policy explains how Word Wheel Live handles your data. We believe in full transparency.

Age Requirement

This game is intended for users aged 13 and older. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13.

Data We Collect

When you sign in via Google, we receive your display name and account identifier. We never store your Google password.
Match results, scores, and ranking points are stored to maintain your profile.
A non-identifiable device fingerprint is used solely for anti-fraud protection.

How We Use Your Data

To provide matchmaking, leaderboards, and seasonal rewards.
To detect and prevent cheating and abuse.
To process optional in-app purchases through Google Play.

We use the Google AdMob SDK to display optional rewarded video advertisements. This SDK may collect device identifiers and ad interaction data to serve relevant ads. You can manage your ad preferences through your device settings. In regions covered by GDPR, a consent prompt will be shown before any ad data is collected. Ads are never forced — they are always voluntary.

Data Sharing & Third-Party Services

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with any third party. We use secure third-party services (such as Supabase for game infrastructure and Google AdMob for advertisements) to operate the game. We only disclose data if required by law.

Data Security

Your data is protected by industry-standard encryption both in transit and at rest.

Virtual Currency

The Game features a virtual currency called "Gold." This is important:

Gold has no real-world monetary value whatsoever.
Gold cannot be exchanged, refunded, or converted into real money under any circumstances.
Gold is a digital entertainment feature, not a financial instrument.

Fair Play

The Wheel runs on a server-side Random Number Generator (RNG). All outcomes are determined by the server and are verifiably random.
Purchases do not give any competitive advantage in the game.
Cheating, exploits, or modified clients will result in permanent account suspension.

NOT REAL GAMBLING: Word Wheel Live is a word game with social competition features. It is NOT a gambling application. No real money can be won, lost, or wagered. The virtual currency "Gold" has no real-world value and cannot be converted to real money.
